Hagerman extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Jevon Aguilar. The Hagerman Bobcats narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Eunice Cardinals 61-58 thanks to Aguilar, who posted 21 points and seven boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played.

Ricardo Mctague was another key player, going 5-for-9 to rack up 13 points. That's the most points he has posted since back in February of 2024.

Hagerman's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points over those games. As for Eunice, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-6.

Hagerman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 60-55 loss against Gateway Christian on the 10th. As for Eunice, they have also already played their next match, a 55-39 defeat against Texico on the 11th.
