Soccer Game Preview: Hudson's Bay vs. Woodland

The Hudson's Bay Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Woodland Beavers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hudson's Bay's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Hudson's Bay's offense. They fell 2-0 to R.A. Long on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Woodland also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 8-0 to Columbia River on Wednesday. The Beavers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hudson's Bay's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Woodland, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1.

Hudson's Bay beat Woodland by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hudson's Bay since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
