Basketball Recap: Four Straight Home Wins for Dighton

Dighton had won three straight home games and Daniel Cramer did his part to make it four on Friday. The Dighton Hornets were the clear victor by a 58-32 margin over the St. Francis Indians thanks in part to Cramer, who went 7 for 15 en route to 19 points in addition to seven assists and three steals. His evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Charlie Vogel, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in steals (four).

Dighton's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for St. Francis, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Dighton will take on Rawlins County in a tournament on Tuesday. Dighton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.6 points per game this season. St. Francis has already played their next contest (against Greeley County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
