Basketball Game Preview: Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights vs. Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack

The Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights will head out to square off against the Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Neumann Regional Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season.

Last Friday, Neumann Regional Academy was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 47-46 to Montgomery. The Golden Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Neumann Regional Academy had strong showings from Andrew Walter, who posted 18 points, and Daiton Thompson, who had 16 points. Walter's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Meanwhile, Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy didn't have too much trouble with East Juniata on Monday as they won 64-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the WolfPack.

Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-6. As for Neumann Regional Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-10.

Neumann Regional Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2021, winning 74-62.
