Bishop Gorman came into Tuesday's game having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Leverett's Chapel Lions on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

In the three sets Bishop Gorman was on fire: they won each by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 20-25, 25-6, 25-8.

Olusayo Ifafore paced Bishop Gorman's offense, picking up eight kills. Ifafore got some help from Molly Madsen and her 21 assists. Rose Favre controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Bishop Gorman's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Leverett's Chapel, they dropped their record down to 2-12 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Bishop Gorman will venture away from home to face off against Elysian Fields at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Leverett's Chapel, they will host Gary at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
