Volleyball Recap: Oak Harbor Extends Winning Streak to Five

Oak Harbor entered their tilt with Rossford on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-8, 25-21.

Alayna Hall paced Oak Harbor's offense, picking up 11 kills. Hall were helped by Myley Sandwisch and Bella Rios, who contributed 17 assists each. Rios was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Rossford lost, don't look at Cali Adams. Despite the final result, she had seven digs and two blocks.

Oak Harbor's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Rossford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
