Volleyball Recap: Phillips Loggers vs. Prentice Buccaneers

Prentice was led to victory by Sophie Staroba and Piper Heikkinen. Staroba had seven digs and four aces, while Heikkinen had 24 digs and two aces. With that strong performance, Heikkinen is now averaging an impressive 10.6 digs per game.

Phillips' defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Prentice, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-5.

Phillips wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Owen-Withee on the 20th. As for Prentice, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Rhinelander on the 18th.
