Collinsville won the last time they faced Alton and things went their way on Monday too. The Kahoks came out on top against the Redbirds by a score of 2-0.

Collinsville easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18.

Collinsville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-16 record this season. As for Alton, their loss dropped their record down to 9-20.

Looking ahead, Collinsville will face off against Belleville East at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Kahoks surely won't give up without a fight. Alton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
