If Bristol was feeling good fresh off their 18-3 takedown of Windham on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Newton Falls Tigers on Thursday. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Bristol's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Newton Falls, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-10 record.

Looking ahead, Bristol will challenge St. John at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Fighting Herald will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Newton Falls, they will square off against Jackson-Milton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
