South Allegheny waltzed into their contest on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Steel Valley Ironmen. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.
The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11, 25-16.
Regan Mcbeth paced South Allegheny's offense, picking up 13 kills. Mcbeth got some help from Ava Luft and her 29 assists. Madison Taylor controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
South Allegheny's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Steel Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
