Softball Recap: East Boston Comes Up Short

East Boston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-4 to the Revere Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-2 last Tuesday.

East Boston saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Devani Taylor, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

East Boston's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Revere, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, East Boston will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Chelsea at 3:30 p.m. As for Revere, they will square off against Somerville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
