Meanwhile, Haines City strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand Ridge Community a 26-0 shutout. Given the Hornets' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Bolts are ranked 192nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Durant's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Haines City, their win bumped their record up to 15-0.
