Football Recap: Wausaukee Comes Up Short

Wausaukee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 45-12 loss at the hands of the Three Lakes Bluejays. The Rangers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Despite the defeat, Wausaukee had strong showings from Gavin Thomson, who picked up 80 receiving yards and one score, and Andrew Lawrence, who gained 66 total yards and a touchdown.

Wausaukee's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Three Lakes, they pushed their record up to 4-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Wausaukee nor the Bluejays have any future games scheduled.
