Soccer Recap: Easton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cambridge-South Dorchester last Wednesday, Easton came back down to earth. The Warriors fell just short of the Decatur Seahawks by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for Easton in their meetings with Decatur: they've now lost six in a row.

Easton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Decatur, their win bumped their record up to 9-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Easton will face off against North Dorchester at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Decatur, they will challenge Bennett at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Bennett's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
