Volleyball Recap: Arrupe Jesuit Takes a Loss

Arrupe Jesuit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Severance Silver Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Silver Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-10, 25-8.

Arrupe Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Severance, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Arrupe Jesuit is set to face off against their familiar foe Windsor Charter Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Severance will challenge rival Stargate School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
