Midview is 8-2 against Steele since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Middies will venture away from home to face off against the Comets at 7:00 p.m. Midview is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Midview is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Brunswick on Monday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Middies came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 54-33. The Middies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-6.

Meanwhile, Steele was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 51-45 to North Ridgeville.

Steele now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Midview, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Midview strolled past Steele in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 38-21. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Middies since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
