Basketball Game Preview: Pocono Mountain West Panthers vs. Allentown Central Catholic Vikings

The Pocono Mountain West Panthers will head out on the road to take on the Allentown Central Catholic Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Pocono Mountain West's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Two weeks ago, the stars were shining brightly for Pocono Mountain West in a 56-38 win over Liberty.

Meanwhile, Allentown Central Catholic waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They strolled past the Crusaders with points to spare, taking the game 70-51.

Allentown Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Pocono Mountain West, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Pocono Mountain West came up short against Allentown Central Catholic in their previous matchup back in January, falling 67-60. Can Pocono Mountain West avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
