Volleyball Recap: Sage Creek's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westview, Sage Creek was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Bonita Vista Barons by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Bobcats: when they faced off against the Barons back in March, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 18-25, 25-23.

Sage Creek's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 14-14. As for Bonita Vista, they dropped their record down to 12-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Sage Creek will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bishop's at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th. As for Bonita Vista, they will face off against Mission Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
