Hanford West can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Clovis West Golden Eagles out 8-6. The victory was just what Hanford West needed coming off of a 10-2 loss in their prior matchup.

Karmen Vazquez was incredible, going 2-for-2 with a home run and two runs. Kennidy Perryman was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Hanford West's win bumped their record up to 9-7-1. As for Clovis West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7-1 record this season.

Hanford West is on the road again on April 9th to play Reedley at 6:30 p.m. As for Clovis West, they will be playing at home against Redwood at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
