Baseball Recap: Adamsville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lexington on Wednesday, Adamsville came back down to earth. The Cardinals took an 11-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hardin County Tigers on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Cardinals in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Adamsville's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Hardin County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-4.

Coming up, Adamsville will head out to square off against Riverside at 6:35 p.m. on Monday. As for Hardin County, they will face off against Millington Central at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
