Pine Tree had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Palestine Wildcats on Friday, sneaking past 2-1. Winning may never get old, but Pine Tree sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Julian Ibarra and Chris Resendiz scored both of Pine Tree's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 32 goals.

Pine Tree's win bumped their record up to 16-4-2. As for Palestine, they moved to 18-4-1 with that defeat, which also ended their 12-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Pine Tree nor Palestine have any future games scheduled.
