Meanwhile, Palmetto waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Dragons by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 23-25, 25-19, 25-23.

Palmetto's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Manatee, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
