Soccer Recap: Leslie Comes Up Short

Leslie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Columbia Central Golden Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Columbia Central this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

Leslie now has a losing record of 7-8-2. As for Columbia Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5-1.

Looking ahead, Leslie will square off against Grass Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Columbia Central, they will head out to challenge Manchester at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
