Softball Preview: O'Brien RVT Condors vs. Wilcox RVT Wildcats

The O'Brien RVT Condors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wilcox RVT Wildcats at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.

O'Brien RVT had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a tough 14-4 loss at the hands of Notre Dame Catholic on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Wilcox RVT put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They beat Bullard-Havens by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 20-0. Fans of Wilcox RVT have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout.

Chloe Enger made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Enger has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings every time she's pitched this season. Enger was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with six RBI, two runs, and a double.
