Basketball Recap: New Covenant Gryphons vs. Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks

After flying high against Grace Christian last Saturday, New Covenant came back down to earth. The New Covenant Gryphons were dealt a 58-14 defeat at the hands of the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks on Thursday. If the Gryphons were looking for revenge after losing 45-16 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
