Lake Travis barely beat Austin the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Lake Travis' pitcher stepped up to hand Austin a 16-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.
Madison Pinzon was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Smith, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
