Football Recap: Bald Eagle Area Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bald Eagle Area suffered their biggest defeat since August 29th on Friday. They took a blow against the Bishop McCort Crushers, falling 39-6. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 237th, while the Crushers are ranked 15th).

Gradyn Fisher threw for 95 yards and one TD. Jackson Millward was his top target, picking up 61 receiving yards and one score.

Bishop McCort's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jon Delia led the charge by picking up 78 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, while also rushing for 51 yards and one score. Bentley Bainey was another key player, punching in two rushing scores.

Bald Eagle Area now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Bishop McCort, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

As of now, neither Bald Eagle Area nor the Crushers have any future games scheduled.
