St. David entered their tilt with The Gregory School on Wednesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Hawks 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

While St. David won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-9, 25-9.

Austyn Hatch paced St. David's offense, picking up eight kills. Hatch got some help from Emma Hart and her 13 assists. Finally, Hatch was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high eight blocks.

St. David's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for The Gregory School, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-8.

Coming up, St. David will head out to face off against Lourdes Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Gregory School, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Andrada Polytechnic at 5:00 p.m.
