Softball Recap: Pendleton County Comes Up Short

Pendleton County fell victim to Madison Central and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Indians by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pendleton County now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Madison Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-5.

Pendleton County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Madison Central, they will challenge Model at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
