Volleyball Game Preview: Patton Panthers vs. Chase Trojans

For the second straight game, Patton will face off against Chase. The Panthers will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Patton has five straight victories, Chase has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Patton and Chase had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Trojans on Thursday.

The win didn't come easy: Chase scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 25-20.

Patton's victory bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Chase, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-18.
