The Utah-bound quarterback rushed for 149 yards and three touchdowns and threw for 312 yards and two additional scores according to the Desert News Press.

Lone Peak trailed Jordan 20-17 at halftime, but its comeback was helped by a broken collarbone sustained by Jordan sensation freshman Austin Kafentzis, who didn't play the second half.

Jordan hung tough, however, behind sophomore quarterback Baron Gajkowski, clinging to a 33-31 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Early in the fourth, Hansen struck back, breaking off an 84-yard touchdown run to give Lone Peak a 38-33 lead.

A touchdown by junior running back Clay Moss, set up by a Lone Peak penalty, put Jordan up 41-38 with less than five minutes to play.

That's when Hansen delivered the dagger.

The 6-foot-4 senior capped off a Lone Peak drive with his game-winning touchdown scramble to propel Lone Peak into the 5A state finals.

Lone Peak will take on Fremont, which downed Syracuse 21-14 in overtime.
