Basketball Game Preview: Riverside Rangers vs. San Elizario Eagles

The Riverside Rangers will square off against the San Elizario Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Riverside will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Riverside had just enough and edged Mountain View out 50-48.

Meanwhile, San Elizario strolled past Fabens with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 46-31.

Riverside has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for San Elizario, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-18.

Riverside strolled past San Elizario when the teams last played back in January by a score of 58-44. Will Riverside repeat their success, or does San Elizario have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
