Baseball Recap: Bryant Takes a Loss

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Bryant was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They lost 12-2 to the Academy of American Studies Eagles.

Bryant saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chris Capelo, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. Academy of American Studies has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Bryant will welcome Queens Vo-Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Academy of American Studies, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Bryant on the 27th.
