There's no place like home for PikeView, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Giles Spartans 61-44 on Saturday. That looming 61-44 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

PikeView moved to 3-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Giles, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the PikeView Panthers take on the Summers County Bobcats at 2:45 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Giles, they will host Galax at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Giles is facing Galax at the right time seeing as Galax is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
