Football Recap: Towanda Comes Up Short on the Road Against Cowanesque Valley

Towanda had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 38-0 loss at the hands of the Cowanesque Valley Indians. The Black Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Towanda will square off against rival Hughesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Cowanesque Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe Wyalusing Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
