Dadeville beats Childersburg for their second straight win

Recap: Dadeville Tigers vs. Childersburg Tigers

The Dadeville Tigers won the last time they faced the Childersburg Tigers, and things went their way on Friday too. Dadeville simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Childersburg 46-12 at home. The result was nothing new for Dadeville, who have now won three matches by 31 points or more so far this season.

Dadeville found their leader in underclassman Brandez Eason, who rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. Eason is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Corde Jefferson, who rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.

The victory makes it two in a row for Dadeville and bumps their season record up to 4-2. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33 points. As for Childersburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dadeville will face off against Randolph County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Alabama (Randolph County is ranked 180th, while Dadeville is ranked 179th). Childersburg will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Winterboro at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd.
