Football Recap: Rison Takes a Loss

Rison lost against Fordyce back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats fell 20-14 to the Redbugs. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Fordyce, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rison will take on rival Barton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Fordyce is set to square off against their familiar foe McGehee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
