There's no place like home for Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Saul Razorbacks a 16-0 shutout on Wednesday. With that win, Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.

Troy Riley was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and three runs. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.

In other batting news, Yazuwan Mezquita was incredible, firing off two home runs, three stolen bases, and three runs while going 2-for-2. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Fajardo-Jimenez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-8. As for Saul, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
