Oklahoma School for the Deaf had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They breezed past the Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards to the tune of 59-12. The Bison haven't had any issues with the Leopards recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Looking ahead, Oklahoma School for the Deaf will challenge Life Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Arkansas School for the Deaf, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf at 3:00 p.m. on September 6.
