It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Homestead can now relate to. They lost 11-1 to the Live Oak Acorns on Saturday. The Mustangs' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Homestead saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cierra Hagan, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Homestead's loss dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Live Oak, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-2.

As of now, neither Homestead nor the Acorns have any future games scheduled.
