            For the second straight game, Hale Center will face off against Olton. The Owls will head out to  take on the Mustangs  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Hale Center has ten straight  wins, Olton has 11 straight  losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Hale Center is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They never let Olton get on the board and left with  a   26-0  victory  on Tuesday. Considering the Owls have won 14 matches by more than five  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Miella Anguiano was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She  struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. She has been consistent : she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.

 In other batting news, Hale Center got a  massive  performance out of  Breylin Rey, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, five  stolen bases,  and three  runs. The dominant performance also gave  Rey a new career-high in  RBI (four).  Madison Dahl was another key player,  scoring four  runs and  stealing five bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Hale Center  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .812. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Hale Center pushed their record up to 20-5 with the  win, which was their seventh straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.9 runs on average over those games. As for Olton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-17.
