Football Game Preview: Webbers Falls vs. Bowlegs

On Thursday Bowlegs will take on Webbers Falls at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.

Bowlegs took a serious blow against Graham/Dustin last Friday, falling 40-84. The state rankings had actually given Bowlegs a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Meanwhile, Webbers Falls took an ego-bruising loss against Graham/Dustin two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Webbers Falls strolled past Wilson-Henryetta with points to spare, taking the contest 40-20. The win was a breath of fresh air for Webbers Falls as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Bowlegs took a serious blow against Webbers Falls the last time the two teams met, falling 6-58. Can Bowlegs avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
