Softball Recap: Whitefield Academy Drops Season-High Score on Jeffersontown

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitefield Academy). They never let the Jeffersontown Chargers get on the board and left with a 16-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Addi Trew, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Allie Carter, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Whitefield Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.

Whitefield Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Jeffersontown, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
