Basketball Recap: Moultonborough Academy Takes a Loss

Moultonborough Academy lost against Franklin back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Moultonborough Academy Panthers took a 52-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Franklin Tornadoes.

Moultonborough Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Franklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

The future could be bright for both Moultonborough Academy and Franklin: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Moultonborough Academy will try to hand Colebrook Academy their fourth-straight defeat when the two meet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Franklin will look to extend Epping's 16-game losing streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
