Volleyball Recap: Waller Comes Up Short

Waller and Tomball squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Waller had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Cougars. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost seven in a row.

Waller's loss dropped their record down to 30-18. As for Tomball, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 38-6 record this season.

Waller does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tomball, they will take on College Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
