Soccer Recap: Bernstein Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Bernstein's offense. They came up short against the Palisades Dolphins on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Bernstein's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-1. As for Palisades, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Bernstein's road trip will continue as they head out to face Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Bernstein's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. Palisades and Jefferson will round out the year against one another at at 9:10 a.m. on Friday. Jefferson's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
