Softball Recap: Durant Comes Up Short

If Durant was riding high fresh off their 9-1 takedown of West Branch on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats came up short against the Pleasant Valley Spartans on Tuesday, falling 11-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since June 22, 2024.

Durant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Durant will venture away from home to take on West Branch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pleasant Valley, they will head out to square off against Central DeWitt at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
