Football Recap: Canistota Comes Up Short

Canistota and Herreid/Selby squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Canistota had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 22-0. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Canistota's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Herreid/Selby, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Canistota does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Herreid/Selby, they will square off against Colman-Egan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolverines will need to watch out since the C-E Hawks have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
