Football Game Preview: Farrell vs. West Middlesex

Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, West Middlesex should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They take on Farrell at 7:00 PM. Each team will be battling to keep their 3-game winning streak alive.

West Middlesex were able to grind out a solid victory over Maplewood last week, winning 41-27. No one put up better numbers for West Middlesex than senior Clayton Parrish, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 187 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Meanwhile, when you finish with 347.1 more yards than your opponent, a favorable outcome is sure to follow. Farrell took the match and then some with a 70-6 win over Union City. With Farrell ahead 42-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 3-0. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
