Soccer Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short at Home Against West-Oak

Liberty unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the West-Oak Warriors on Friday, falling 11-0.

The victory made it two in a row for West-Oak and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Brashier Middle College Charter at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th. As for West-Oak, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Belton-Honea Path at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give West-Oak their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
